i've come to realise i eat the smallest meals, if i decide to eat at all.
eating is starting to make me feel sick again, like it used to.
there must be something wrong with my immune system or something, this always happens.
i havent eaten properly for a while now, ugh.

and i can smell dry cat food....suddenly the food in front of me isnt so appealing.
